INSCRIPTIONS SAISON 2010 SEASON REGISTRATION

Les inscriptions se poursuivent tous les soirs de pratique 19h00 à 20h30 au 3750 Boulevard Gaétan-Laberge (Chalet Parc Arthur-Therrien, 2ième étage).

Pour l'inscription, vous aurez besoin de:
- Carte Accès Verdun valide
- Paiement en argent ou par chèque à l'ordre de l'AFMV
- Carte d'assurance maladie

Prix pour la saison:
Atome (nés 2001, 2002, 2003) $85
Moustique (nés 1999, 2000) $85

Note Importante : Un parent doit être présent lors de l'inscription. L'inscription du joueur doit être entièrement complétée avant qu'il participe aux pratiques.

Registrations are still on every practice night (Monday to Thursday) 7:00PM to 8:30PM at 3750 Boulevard Gaétan-Laberge (2nd Floor of the Arthur-Therrien Park Chalet).

You will need the following to register:
- A valid Verdun Access Card
- Payment in cash or by cheque in the name of the VMFA
- Health Insurance Card

Atom (born 2001, 2002, 2003) $85
Mosquito (born 1999, 2000) $85
